AX40 series products are DTOF distance detection sensors with the capability of pixel quick reset, high-speed TDC and on-chip statistical histogram algorithm. Based on the spatial correlation technology of the pixel array, this series of chips can achieve excellent ranging accuracy and effective range under 100,000 lux background light. Aiming at different laser transmitting forms for consumer and vehicle applications, this series of chips have a variety of pixel and TDC cascade designs, and the high-efficiency detection capability can realize low-power consumption applications of Lidar modules.
